UAIMH Assessment of Infant Mental Health Training Needs -

The UAIMH training committee has been studying how training programs for Infant Mental Health and Family Well-Being are administered in other states. The Training Committee is anxious to understand the training needs and preferences of UAIMH members.

Please spend a few moment to answer the attached questions related to training. You can either download the file and fax it back to Ilse de Koeyer at 801-581-5841 or download, fill it in electronically, and email to Ilse at ilse.dekoeijer@psych.utah.edu
